GSA “Accuracy Matters” campaign launched

“Accuracy Matters” is the slogan of the new campaign of The European GNSS Agency (GSA). The goal of the undertaking is to raise public awareness of the social benefits of Galileo – the global navigation satellite system. Besides other positive effects, the technology greatly enhances the precision of location tracking and identification. Such improvement can be a “game changer” in various situations and therefore will be of use for a vast audience. In fact, it is estimated that already half a billion people enjoy the services provided by Galileo without even being aware of this fact. To inform the public, ten witty videos will be released displaying how superior accuracy of GPS can have a profound impact on even the most trivial situations.
